Elmtree Contracts Ltd is an insurance related building repairs specialist, based in Cleckheaton and only 1/4 mile off the M62 (J26) which gives us the ability to carry out repairs across the north of England to both domestic and commercial properties. Repairs currently range from £100 to £1.4 million.

We cover all insurance related perils i.e. fire, flood, storm, subsidence and impact damage, including general construction defects. From our West Yorkshire base we employ a highly skilled and experienced direct labour force and our services are often utilised by major loss adjusters to cover major flood events in the North of England.
